JOB PURPOSE :

“ Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul activities of various electrical equipments to ensure electrical equipment and electrical safety system are reliable and ready to support production process “

Ensure all electrical equipment’s in plant are in good condition and ready to use.

Perform maintenance of all electrical equipment’s on plant as scheduled.

Perform Thermography Inspection of all electrical equipment’s on plant as scheduled.

Maintenance of Electrical Power Distribution Control System ( EPDCS ).

Participate in making shut down report related in electrical system.

Troubleshoot in electrical system in order to make the equipment’s in good condition.

Testing all electrical equipment’s to ensure the equipment’s using in safety good condition.

Testing high voltage and low voltage breaker to ensure the breakers are in good condition.

Testing protection relays to ensure the protection are work properly and the equipments have long live time due to good condition.

Maintain good housekeeping and ensure no pollution into the environment after job performed.

Participate in emergency intervention team if there is emergency situation in plant.

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES :

2012 - 2017, Join with Total E&P Indonesie for electrical maintenance department.

2018 – now, Join with Pertamina Hulu Mahakam for electrical maintenance department.

High competency in HV generator, HV transformer, HV breaker, LV Motor, etc.

Competent to operate EPDCS as control electrical network on plant.

Competent to perform test and calibration protection relays.

Competent to Perform Thermography inspection using FLIR infrared camera.

High motivation and willing to work hard.

Have a good understanding in safety work practice and competent with permit to work system.
