Take calls from various clients and give them information about their accounts(CSR) or insurance plans. On CSR calls, I would go over the client's accounts, update information as needed, answer questions about their accounts and benefits. With the current client, I answer general questions about the plan, change member's primary care provider, checked for prior authorizations, medical claims, if a member's plan is still active, verified member's benefits, helped members schedule rides for appointments. On the Telesales calls, I'd confirm personal information is still correct, check Medicare eligibility to make sure that they are eligible for Medicare at the time they call, compare the plan they have with other plans to see if the plan they are currently on is still the right one for them and if not I'd enroll them in the better plan, or collect their doctors and medications and use them as the basis to find the best plan for them and get them enrolled in it.
