WORK OBJECTIVE :

I am looking for a semi-trailer driver position whatever (tray, quarry tipper, cereal tipper, double trailer, tank ...) to any field.

Related Competencies:

−Check the truck before it starts: check the dashboard; engine oil level, cooling water level, tire condition, wheel disc and stud condition, brake lights; High beam and low beam headlights, vehicle cleaning, tachograph disc.

−Perform a good lubrication of the silette, front end and brake connecting rods every two weeks after washing with water.

−Perform weekly air filter cleaning to ensure proper engine operation

−'Have the air tanks emptied of the vehicle every 2 weeks in order to extract the accumulated moisture in order to keep an efficient air system.

−Filter change at the trigger after 90000 kilometers.

−Changing the wheel when a tire bursts or when it is flat.

−Intervention for an adjustment of the brakes for the tractor and the trailer at each drop of brake efficiency and if the adjustment of the tractor is done automatically then an adjustment is made to the trailer.

−Check the condition of the brake linings indeed if the adjustment cam of a wheel overturns it is necessary to renew the lining and at this time for a troubleshooting intervention to loosen the adjustment towards the direction of tightening and go directly to the mechanic.

−Intervention for a breakdown of the vehicle during a breakdown and

Know the origin of a mechanical defect.

−Stall and hook the trailer if necessary (example: when lubricating the silette, hanging another trailer ...)

- Respect the mileage of the drain of the vehicle

−Control the loading and unloading of the vehicle

−Attachment of the goods, assembly of a tarpaulin if necessary in order to ensure a good arrival of the goods with zero damage, zero loss and zero accident

−Sometimes participate in the unloading of the truck

Work experience:

−From 05/06/2021 to 2023:

−semi-trailer driver with tipper with the company "Hdhili frères de transport et service" size in Zeramdine-Monastir-Tunisia.

Note: this company works in the exploitation of quarries indeed the extraction of clay and its transport to the brick factory benefit.

Tasks carried out for work on tipper semi-trailers:

*Close the dumpster door.

*Placing the truck under the boom of the chain to carry out the clay loading.

*tarpaulin the goods.

*Ensure a good balanced placement of the vehicle when unloading on the clay stock at the factory to avoid the risk of accident and overturning of the truck.

*Carefully operate the PTO towards ascension:

Note: if the bucket tilts a little to the right or left when starting its ascension indeed make it automatically lower and look for a balanced place or wedged in the direction of its inclination.

If during unloading and when the bucket in the high position tilts a little towards one direction then the unloading is continued carefully by turning the direction towards the inclination of the bucket and moving forward gently so that the unloaded clay and the tractor stall the bucket.

Note:

Due to the high dust intensity work the filter is cleaned every 2 working days.

The lubrication of the silette, brake rods, cylinder and trailer swing has every week.

From 19/11/2018 to 31/05/2021:

semi-trailer driver (cereal tipper, tray, double trailer) with the milling company and various products "Sanabel carthage" located in Sousse Tunisia, producer of semolina, pasta, flour and bran.

Tasks carried out for work on cereal dumpsters:

−1 – Tightening the back door of the bucket before loading to prevent the loss of wheat seeds through the door

2/-place the vehicle under the loader in order to have a good homogeneous and balanced load (move the truck from front to rear little by little each time a load of a point is reached)

3/-assembly of the tarpaulin to ensure a good movement of the loose wheat without damage.

4/-loosening of the rear door of the bucket and dismantling of the tarpaulin

5/-operate the PTO and unload carefully.

Tasks performed for work on a tray or double trailer:

1/-assembly of the tarpaulin and attachment of the goods

(usually 50kg crates

Flour bran or semolina

2/-unload the goods upon delivery with the conveyor and participate in the unloading.

3/ -return a delivery note signed by the customer to my company.

Maritime carrier of export and import containers with individuals at the port of Sousse

Tasks performed for an import container:

1/ -take the curb weight of the vehicle

2/-put the slocks according to the size of the container to ensure its fixation on the tray

3/ - take the loaded weight of the truck

4/ - pass the container through the scanner

5/ - carry the U. C of the container(s) after its filling and leave for delivery.

Tasks performed for export container:

1/ - load the empty container of the park portet carry its

U.C. (documents of the container)

2/ - heading to the exporting plant

3/ - make the empty weight and the loaded weight of the truck

4/ - sealing of the customs par

5/ - return to the port to scan and deposit the container

From 2016 to 2017:

semi-trailer driver dump quarry Gravel and sand carrier.

Stains: - check the closing of the dumpster door before loading
