I am dependable and a hard worker. I have a great relationship with the labor and delivery staff and physicians we work with. I am not opposed to change and will gladly accept new challenges and tasks. I can work independently or with a team. Learning excites me and I am eager to gain knowledge and skills. I love to share any knowledge I can to help new nurses or soon to be nurses. I get great pleasure from a job well done. Multitasking is a strong point of mine and I can manage my time effectively. I enjoy giving compassionate care to my patients and enjoy the interactions. I enjoy being able to lead a team while being a part of the team. I have experience with Quality Improvement audits of patient charts and enjoy the aspect of implementation of ways to help better care of our patients. I started my teaching journey in Fall 2023 and thoroughly enjoy teaching new nursing students and preparing them for the workforce.
