Direct all operational functions of $1.5M country club facility with 50 staff, including treasury and cash flow control, purchasing and logistics, Human Resources, IT, planning and sales with full P&L responsibility. Focused on finance, commercial operations and strategic development. Introduced effective branding and image-enhancement efforts, leading to strong reputation in marketplace. Led acquisition and managed operations of Magnolia Valley Country Club and Sam’s Deli & Catering Company, subsequently divesting each for profitable return on initial investments.

2008-2012 CEO two Pita Pit Franchises, oversaw construction of Pita Pit Tallahassee, turning it to largest grossing store in Pita Pit worldwide, advised Franchisor on how to set up and implement delivery services for each store nationwide, divested for profit on each store.

2008-2012 worked with Nicholas Family ( lawyers own Sirata Hotel) writing business plans for their business development company, working with banks to secure loans for said companies for expansion and reorganization
