OBJECTIVE: PLANING, QUALITY ENGINEERING, QUALITY MANAGER, INSPECTOR

Buy-off and develop new routers and inspection planning methods.

Research customer clauses and specifications.

Make a schedule for safety annual. Ensure product quality system meets customer requirements.

Buy-off P.O. to vendor to ensure customer requirements.

Disposition non-conforming product when required through the Material Review Board Respond to all customer requests for corrective action( Boeing, Northorp Gumman, Goodrich and so on)

Inspect parts and create Net inspect if need.

Create tooling for assembly.

Respond to approval renewal surveys requested by customers

Monitor and maintain currency of OEM approved maintenance data

.

Establish continuous improvement projects to improve productivity.

Participate & lead proactive quality initiatives (Product Improvement Teams, LEAN Teams).

Perform internal auditing and follow up with corrective actions.

Respond to all customer requests for corrective action, surveys, and other requests for information in a

timely manner.

Issue corrective actions when required and perform follow-up as applicable.

Work with Engineering, Production, and others as necessary to resolve quality issues.

Review procedures, process sheets, PMI’s, Eng. Changes when required, and approve as necessary.

Understanding Mathematic, Physic and Chemistry.
