Technical Overview

●Comprehensive knowledge of NERC, ERCOT, AESO, IESO, and WECC standards, procedures, and internal controls, as well as generation and transmission systems

●Promoted an environment of continuous improvement in the NERC standards compliance program.

●Prepared, reviewed and evaluated Quick Reference Guide for Compliance (Generator Information Sheet):

●Determine each entity’s responsibility in relation to the client, facility rating, location, and emergency contacts by examining interconnection contracts.

●Listed outage procedures (protocol for planned or unplanned outages).

●Listed VAR limits (high/low kV’s produced by plant).

●Used single-line diagrams to inform max MW per feeder for both turbines and inverters.

●Created NOTAM (Notice to Airman’s Missions) entries for submission to federal NOTAM system for use by aviation: determine latitude, longitude, and height of turbines per NERC requirements.

●NERC, WECC, ERCOT, IESO, AESO documentation management. Used SharePoint to store and organize documentation and evidence required to demonstrate compliance and ensure that the retention of all documentation meets regulatory requirements.

●Monitored NERC website and other energy industry communication methods to learn about upcoming changes and additions to standards, protocols, and requirements that energy entities must adhere to.

●After updating standards added to Global Audit-Ready database, tested and validated standards, then pushed the new database to clients to keep their data synchronized with NERC and other regulatory entities.

●Managed integration of Reliability Standards Audit Worksheets (RSAW) for multiple regulatory bodies such as NERC, AESO, IESO with the Global Audit-Ready system, which automatically filled out RSAWs with data stored in Global Audit-Ready. Worked with developers and used HTML coding to create macros to auto-process RSAWs.

●Provided technical support for Global Audit-Ready clients, who consisted of dozens of North American energy producers, with a particular focus on wind and solar industry players.

●Updated end-user Global Audit-Ready instruction manuals and authored material for new
