: Bachelor’s degree of sciences in Exploration and Geology Mining.
High – School: BWINDI HIGH SCHOOL – DR Congo 1999 – 2004 National Senior Certificate in Bio-Chemistry (Diplôme d’Etat). III. TRAINING COURSES,
Leapfrog training in September 2023, 3D modelling, data integration,
ioGAS, November 2023, Geochem analysis and integrating in the leapfrog software for more insights and understanding.
March 2021, online training during 5 days by Mark Jessell, Structural Geophysics a competent of AGATE PROJECT in Australia on geophysics (Mag, EM, Radiometry, IP, Gravity…) and on the geochemistry aiming to interpret geophysics data.
Appendix: Certificate of participation.
April 2020, training on Health, Safety and Environment, Behavior Based Safety (BBS).
October 2017, training in ArcGIS Pro using surface data, drilling data and wireframing. Training given by the GIS trainer coming from South Africa, 4years before, there was an ArcMap training, using only surface data
July 2015, training in micromine at Entebbe (Uganda), by a competent trainer coming from South Africa from Micromine Company during 3 weeks. Moduls were based intermediate to advanced (plotting all data, wireframing, block models,)
June 2014, training in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment following the (ISO 9001, ISO 4500, …) by British Safety Services (aka BSS)
IV. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Terrain: Kibalian (in green-stone belt).
Barrick Gold Mines
Now, Project geologist in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in charge of mapping and data integration, where the copper is the main mineral metal
Key Responsibilities at Kibali Goldmines: Exploration Project Geologist at Kibali Gold Mines, in charge of, according to Barrick SOPs:
• Pit and underground mapping for production efficiency, by mapping the dulition zones, and other new opportunities and to integrate everything in the model.
• Sections, flitches and maps interpretation and integration in the model,
• Behaviour based on safety champion of the department, strong in safety and environmental standards.
• Greenfields works, generating targets using all layers (geophysics, geochem and fields mapping data),
• Planning and supervising drilling DD and RC using different grids, assays and data integration to build lithological and structural models showing the potential of the targets for follow up,
• Calculating the preliminary resources estimation using the Sectional Estimate, and conceptual estimation using Leapfrog software
• 3D Modelling using micromine and Leapfrog software of the lithology, mineralisation and weathering/redox
• Strong in QAQC of all the data (geochem, fields data, assays, multi-elements,) and very strong in maps interpretation using different layers such as geophysics, geochem, structures (sections, flitches, surface maps, stripLog, )
• Diamond drilling and reverse circulation, strong in detail observations by logging the lithology, structures, alterations, mineralisation styles and controls.
• regolith mapping: aiming to determine the soil horizons versus the soil anomaly. Is the soil anomaly proximal to residual or transported, or paleo-alluvial,…then make a proper regolith map
• Soil sampling: logging and ensuring the sampling is following the SOP. At the same time, logging the regolith surrounding the soil sampling sites (road cuts, rivers, outcrop, artisanal pits…),
• Trench logging, lithology sampling: using Majoribanks standards and Barrick recommendations.
V. PUBLICATIONS

En 2007 : Synthèse sur les structures géologiques et les formes de reliefs associées (inédit). VI. LANGUAGES
French : Excellent Swahili : Excellent
English : very Well
