● Identified a need for a play based approach to language learning for preschool kids.

● Drove the mobile solution for Microsoft Tasks - a scheduling and management app for big chain retail companies like Marks & Spencers, Louis Vuitton, Kraft foods. Key features included integrating with Microsoft Planner, moving from Rest to GraphQL for better developer experience and moving to React Native for faster release cycles.
● Researched and worked with developers to prototype apps to support retail stores using Microsoft Teams. Created prototypes of Tasks and Kudos app within Microsoft Teams to help our foray into retails stores.
● Led the Android chapter for Mobile Outlook CRM - the email marketing solution for small businesses and solopreneurs.
Product Manager II – Outlook.com/Office 365 at Microsoft (11/2012 – 07/2016)
● Led the launch of the new Skype web experience to 100+ million customers of Outlook.com. This allowed Outlook users to avail all Skype functionality from the comfort of their inbox.
● Created and launched the MVP for Google Hangouts compete experience in Enterprise Outlook that required deep domain knowledge of both Skype and Exchange. Worked with design to come up with a minimalistic interface and with engineering across two product teams with varying release schedules. (Patent Pending)
● Created the roadmap deck for Outlook and Skype features within Office 365 that would lead to an increase in user engagement across enterprise and consumer services.
● Designed the Import Email feature in Outlook.com that has helped 15+ million users switch their emails from Yahoo/Gmail to Outlook.com.
● Redesigned the Contact Card and Social Inbox features in Outlook.com which included integration with Facebook and Twitter apis.
Product Manager - Skype for Business App for iOS at Microsoft (02/2010 – 10/2012)
● Delivered one-click-conference-join experience on Mobile Skype, which helped solve a major complaint from our users of not being able to easily join meetings on-the-go, especially when driving to and from work.
● Improved the v1.0 feature of P2P and Group instant messaging by adding the ability to get push notifications and ensuring that users never miss any messages.
● Owned driving requirements for Presence and Contact management
● Managed E2E release of Lync 2010 iOS app which involved managing schedules for coding, testing and bug fixing, Apple verification and submission to App Store successfully.
● Created a telemetry tool to get scenario feedback from beta users. Used an intuitive
‘shake’ action on the phone to bring up the feedback UI and let users send their comments.
● Took on a customer advocate role and was involved with the customer visit program, being on the SWAT team for responding to customer queries, engaging with customers, going on customer visits and bringing insights back into feature team discussions, spec reviews and bug triages.

● Delivered features for enabling multi party Audio Video conferencing in Skype Desktop app. This included features like dominant speaker detection logic, panoramic video for conference rooms and guest user-join for conferences.
