Sudir Anand P.Eng.

**** ******* ****, **********, **** 45242, USA +1-513-***-**** ad1pqw@r.postjobfree.com Professional Engineers of Ontario (Member# 90188103) I.E.E.E (Member# 41531985) www.linkedin.com/in/sudir/ Career Objectives

I aim to secure a pivotal role within the wireless network ecosystem, where I can use my expertise to drive revenue growth, achieve cost savings through strategic procurement, and streamline operations. With experience from working at seven of the world's largest wireless carriers, I have a proven track record of focusing on engineering-based performance of vendors, followed by the integration of their latest wireless mobile network components. My effectiveness is reflected in delivering industry-leading solutions that require detailed design from chipset selection for hand held devices to base station RF and power equipment to integration of complex solutions such as E911. For more than 35 years, I have imagined the future of wireless networks and worked to build them. You will note that in 2015, I imagined a 5G CNF Core and at DISH TD I got to stress and optimize it.

I have equipment installation and configuration experience on RF equipment, Keysight Simulators and traffic generators, Cisco routers and switches, HPE HLR/HSS, SIM editors, 5G data/voice traffic simulation, and Nokia Core 5G CMG. Building on nearly two years of operating the 5G SA DISH TD virtual Lab on AWS, I am capable of budgeting for and optimizing the integration of 5G Cores to O-RANs on cloud native functions such as AMF, SMF, UPF, and UDM/R. My ambition is to continue implementing newer network functions including NWDAF, NEF, NSSF, GMLCs, SCPs, and MEC-based network products, leveraging my recent patents on Cloud Native MEC controls and Standalone 5G Networks to enable location services, advanced QoS within network slices, Private 5G Network models, and transport RAN traffic from CU/DU with active real-time and non-real time RIC based RAN controls. Furthermore, I am equipped with a Disaster Recovery Professional Certification, which enables me to design for always available services with over 99.999% uptime. My mission is to continue to pioneer advancements in the wireless technology industry and help shape the future of mobile communications. Career Highlights

My capital spending plan at each wireless carrier has been supported by justified subscriber forecasts that are applied using the most favorable vendor pricing terms. The most favored pricing has been through RFIs and structured RFPs on services, hardware/software user licenses and annual support, IT infrastructure, telecom interconnect, roaming partners/settlement, SIMs, devices, CPEs, 2G/3G/4G and 5G Core products, and features that align to planned product creation. My expertise in GMLCs with E911, along with working at DISH 5G TD group as Core PM in Herndon, VA has rewarded me with the ability to design more highly complex wireless networks using 5G Cores and O-RAN CNFs on AWS using the processes for new software deployment on AWS sandbox, CI/CD pipelining with EKS version control, and accelerated deployment with upgrade management. The vendors I have lead contract creation with including Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, Keysight, Intrado, Commscope, NetNumber, Oracle, Cisco, Fujitsu, Siemens, Tellabs, Primal Technologies and Syniverse. I have built the most cost-efficient wireless core networks using the latest design principles, tracked vendor performance SLAs, and enforces penalties.

I love creating what appears impossible! Listed are some first time commercial wireless industry services:- Bell Mobility-first commercial voice mail on cellular in 1987, Bell Mobility-first pager notification for voice mail deposit in 1987, Bell Mobility-first wiretapping on cellular using Nortel MTXs in 1988, Bell Mobility-first cell phone service using 1024 bit encryption for governments in 1988, Cincinnati Bell-2G over WiFi/Internet transport with UMA BSC from Ericsson in 2004, Cincinnati Bell-First Ericsson Mega BSC based on OC3 transport in 2004, NetNumber HLR/HSS for 10M plus IoT under $5/SIM at KORE Wireless in 2017, Roaming 3G and 4G Billing patent at AuNR Systems in 2019, Solar Powered streetlamps with secure video capture for AuNR Systems 2019, Secure DOD streetlamp design with integrated drone detection and countermeasure integration 2020, DISH Wireless E911 call using CNF based 5G Core with Nokia CMG in 2022 and 6 DISH patents in filing queue.
