Manufacturing Planner (2007 - Present)
• Develop manufacturing plans, with meticulous work instructions, to comply with customers’ build-to-print technical packages; completed planning packages include a bill of material in compliance with BTP specifications, and coordinated with CNC programmers in excess material for fixturing purposes.
• Create document lists within operating system to include drawings with related documentation, as well as specifications related to post machining processes such as: nondestructive testing and paint applications.
• Work in tandem with the customers’ engineering groups to clarify drawing callouts, and utilizing program documents such as: ELR’s, RCI’s, and SPAR’s; conduct telecom meetings to ensure engineering requirements would be met.
CNC Machinist (2002 - 2007)
