* Resume, 3 references (letters or names, dates of working, where and when worked with phone numbers) and a skills checklist are acquired and verified for submission. After a candidates file is put together it is then submitted to the hospital or management group. Because of the speed of the internet and fast pace of recruiting the nurse has to have all 3 items in order to be considered for submission in a very short period of time.
* Once a job has been awarded a process of following the nurse or surg tech to completion of start date with first day information is given and all compliancy requirements are into the hospital before start date.
* Calls weekly to handle and manage the contract making sure the hospital and Rapid Temps contracted nurses or surgical techs are performing and meeting all needs of the contact. Handles all personnel issues on both sides of the contract.
* Bi-weekly calls to submitted candidates for open positions and assignments. ( Assuring availability and setting up interview times that have been requested from the management https://d.docs.live.net/c4ac57ba334115d0/Documents/Document%20%20Resume.docx group or hospital)
* Bi-weekly calls to hospitals or management groups where candidates have been submitted. Checking candidate status, where in the interview process and acquiring interview times.
* Once job bid has been awarded a process of following the nurse or surg tech to completion of start date with first day information is given.
* Start date calls to hospitals are made on the first day to Human Resources or Nurse Manager. This assures the nurse or surgical tech has shown and is going through orientation.
* 50-100 calls made daily.
