EXPERIENCE, RECOGNITION & SKILLS: (NOT LIMITED TO)

Have worked with CEO of Fortune 500 company as assistant and department lead over fleet department. As we led effort to create and implement a Fleet Manual combined of 24 new instructional Policies/Procedures for US & Canadian operations, we bridged the Fleet and Accounting departments by writing, training and implementing documentation and procedures to shape and change the structure of company. Crane Freight

Have ability to work well with department heads all the way to the guys in the field. I believe this trait gave me the amplitude as we decreased the company MVR rate 66.8% within first year (company MVR rate January 2015, 68% to January 2016, 1.2%), and changed risk characteristics from “High Risk Company” to “Best-in-Class” within first year with insurance underwriter and agents. Savings cost for company was substantial.

As I have worked closely with insurance companies on claims, policies and driver files, I was able to create a Driver Evaluation form/standard in which was labeled by insurance agents and underwriter as “industry-leading”. This helped streamline any driver onboarding or any violations moving forward per driver.
