Project Manager / Set Decorating Department Leadman

Created hundreds of camera-ready sets per the direction of the director, production designer, and decorator. Worked directly with the decorator to conceptualize the look of each set for the production designer and the director. Gained the trust of homeowners and business owners to ensure they were comfortable with our presence before, during, and after shooting. Managed photographing and inventorying of each set in order to keep track of all dressing and kept them securely in our lockup. Redressed sets for reshoots as they were needed per the director.

Created and implemented a daily plan, with careful precision, the necessary flow needed for the crew and trucks to accomplish the dressing and striking of multiple sets each day and the pick-ups and returns of rented items.

Coordinated between necessary departments and improved communications by creating solid relationships.

Collaborated with local vendors to purchase/rent all necessary design items for sets while maintaining impeccable relationships with those vendors.

Managed a crew of 10-25 and the operation of 1-5 5-ton trucks.
