Evaluate contractor’s schedule control organization, plans, performance, and procedures.

Coordinated schedule review meetings with contractor to analyze schedule and progress trends developed by contractor

Provided guidance to contractors as needed for alignment of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Installation progress measurement.

Participated in site visits to offshore platforms as necessary to verify project scope of work and align schedule accordingly
