Responsibilities included: Oversight of operations of multi-warehouse facilities; planning and implementation of yearly distribution center managers meetings; responsibility for coordination, moving and set-up of the warehouse and distribution center into a much larger facility in Mansfield nearly doubling the size; training of new staff and updating of present staff information and skill sets; assisting corporate office in set-up of warehouse facilities in areas outside of my immediate jurisdiction; and day to day operations of the new Mansfield facility. 1988 - 2004

Reported directly to the corporate office of Imperial Pools with responsibility for the day to operations and successful growth of the site. My position allowed me the opportunity to be involved in the growth of the Norton operation from $800,000 during our first year of business to over $8M in 2007. The growth and success of this site afforded me the promotion in 2005 to Regional Operations Manager.
During this period, in addition to my responsibility for the day to day operations of the Norton facility, I was also responsible for assisting in the set-up for operations of warehouses and training of staff in Cheshire, CT; Buffalo, NY; Cincinnati, OH; and Indianapolis, IN. 1980 – 1988
Assistant Retail Store Manager, Modern Swimming Pool North Providence, RI
Duties included set-up of small distribution operation specializing in in-ground vinyl liners and steel pool kits; expansion of operation to include above ground pool kits and publishing of first price catalog. Company was acquired by Imperial Pools in 1988 and I assisted in locating a distribution center site in southeastern MA and was responsible for the oversight of moving the RI distribution to Norton, MA
