Carl Bierbaum is the President of Premiere Global Assets, Ltd., a firm specializing in risk/reward analysis and the efficient use of capital on an international basis for the benefit of its clients.

*Mr. Bierbaum has created Wealth Management programs and developed funding for various infrastructures and government Joint Venture projects for over 16 years.

He is the major partner of the two groups and concentrates on funding humanitarian and commercial projects that have created job opportunities worldwide.

*In 2007, he established World Asset Group Limited Hong Kong. The team that he orchestrated is headed by the most experienced practitioners in the market who have over 50 years of investment and project funding experience.

*Carl Bierbaum has over 40 years of corporate finance, specializing in maximized MTNs, BG, SBLC, Cash, Bonds, and CD investment programs.

*He has retail, manufacturing, importing, and operational skills, with 9 years as an executive with a Fortune 100 company.

*He worked with experts from around the world to structure the safest strong yield opportunities for persons or companies with excess liquid assets.

*Mr. Bierbaum was a founder of SIECO Technologies, and its predecessor companies, having guided the business through several critical initial stages including securing the exclusive distribution rights for the Shanghai Industrial Electrical Corporation (SIECO).

*SIECO Group has over 120,000 employees and owns 5 public companies in China. Bierbaum obtained more than a half billion dollars of contracts and investment for Latin American utility and infrastructure projects.

*Mr. Bierbaum helped raise funding, established the project financing, and built the core management team to oversee the projected growth.

*Through his bright career as both a Fortune 100 executive and successful entrepreneur, Bierbaum has consistently built profitable businesses using his unique skills as a creative product and brand executive.

*Prior to founding SIECO Technologies in 1992, Mr. Bierbaum served as a consultant and entrepreneur in various companies involved in domestic and international retail and distribution.

*Mr. Bierbaum’s career started in the 1970s as a buyer for Walmart in Bentonville Arkansas. He was personally hired at Walmart by Sam Walton.

By the time Mr. Bierbaum left in 1979, Walmart had grown to more than 300 stores

*Mr. Bierbaum had independently established a successful automotive, oil distribution, and electronics products business and was a key component of their import division as a senior buying executive.

*Mr. Bierbaum During the 1980's built on his knowledge and experience at Wal-Mart forming various sales representative businesses for consumer electronics and imported products (including solar products, infrared sensors, and electronics and appliance products).

*In 1993, Mr. Bierbaum joined Asia Investment & Finance Corporation and serves as a Managing Director.

*Carl Bierbaum established international infrastructure project funding and sovereign country lending.

*Mr. Bierbaum traveled extensively to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and the Middle East.

*Carl Bierbaum has established very close relationships with major financial institutions and local governments. His clientele consists of major corporations, private banks, private equity, asset management companies, investment banks, and local governments.

*In 2003 Mr. Bierbaum co-founded DNTV which focused on Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) technologies. He assisted in the growth financing and overseeing DNTV's corporate operations and adding value through his talent for product positioning, different stages of financing, and alliance with international strategic partners.

*In 2005 Mr. Bierbaum co-established Galloping Gourmet TV to import and market appliances through Television and direct retail marketing.

*In 2008 Carl Bierbaum developed a solar manufacturing company that was one of the first companies to manufacture solar landscape lighting in Japan, Taiwan, and China to build solar landscape lighting systems and import them to major retailers in the United States.

*Carl Bierbaum manufactured generators and imported them for use as a backup power system for Cell towers across the United States.
