Monitor with mine production foremen and mine operations trainers concerned with the ongoing operational performance of employees.

Maintain training database for personnel records, assessments, plans, schedules, and instruction manuals.

Provide equipment certificates

Develop with the foremen responsible for mining production career progression matrices and objectives for operators.

Coordinate and facilitate distance-based learning.

Plan, organize and facilitate learning in the workplace.

Plan, organize and deliver group-based learning.

Access resources and support to address foundation skills in vocational practice.

Mentor in the workplace

Plan and implement individual support plans for learners with disabilities.

Maintain training and assessment information.

Train operators (theory & practical) in the safe use of the Sleipner Transport System

Assure shovels & Excavator’s movement between different pits.

Make Mining Inductions presentation for new hire and assess LV&HV’s drivers.

Liaison with Maintenance department

Adhere to standardized evaluation and training procedures.

Demonstrate and reinforce with the trainee’s behaviors adapted to the values and working methods of the company.

Reduce the number of property damage incidents through a proactive staff education program.

Coach a culture of continuous improvement within the training and mining team.

Contribute to training needs analyzes as required.

Participate in regular training reviews.

Implementation of health and safety standards.

Implement other tasks assigned by the superior within the scope of his own competence.

Participate to incidents & accidents investigation and propose corrective actions.

Raise operators’ awareness of health and safety at work during morning meetings.
