• Serves as subject matter expert(SME) for My Crew Access(MCA/IAM) application and provide production support to ensure MCA applications is stable and available 24/7.
• Work extensive with vendor Broadcom and ANA-Partners for MCA application enhancement, configuration changes, performance tuning, implementing bug fixes etc.
