Oriented at the maintenance of the services and equipment orders systems

(OSADIA) of the telephone clients. At the OSADIA teamwork and me have completed of expanding the data entry of services and equipment from twelve (12) to forty- four (44) possible services for a client order. I was modifying an eight (8) on- line programs on COBOL II command level. A map (screen entry) was created to accept more services.

I have updated ASSEMBLER programs for including the towns in Puerto Rico that PRTC did not service with telephone facilities. Also, have changed book that are used on-line and client service report for the new facilities. the OSADIA communication area of the on-line programs there was to modify and include sub-routine to accept the entry and input/output modules that them are used for creating and/or updating the record with the client physical address for installing the cable and telephone facilities. Modified the two maps of the client order inquiry to include more positions to the date field. Also, changed the COBOL II programs that invokes this two maps. Using Intertest tool, I was debugging the on-line programs. This tool has let me to look and understand the logic flow on the COBOL II and ASSEMBLER programs, when I was expanding the OSADIA communication area and including more sub-routine the on-line programs.

This project consisted on the customizing of the Northwestern On-line Totally Integrated System (NOTIS) in the libraries of eleven campuses of UPR.
