The Medicare Members are migrated with dual product eligibilities in the system at a given point of time. Health first supports dual product members in the system for Medicare members currently. All Member and Provider details are received from MDM in Flat Files with pipe delimited format. Task and Programs are created by Mulesoft API’s using Informatica HTTP calls. Batch letters are created for Members and providers.
The Medicaid Members are migrated with complete family management details and history of eligibilities.70% of members in the system are Medicaid members.
