Current Assignments.

• Achieve the targeted production, productivity, utilisation, efficiency, quality.

• Assist in the overall operations in the plant including trouble shooting mechanical breakdown and preventive maintenance under the supervision of Manager and try to maximise the uptime of equipment used in plant.

• Planning of manpower, machines and materials prior to shift start.

• To provide TBT to operators & contract workmen on daily basis.

• HIRA review of sectional activities.

• Kaizen, 5s.

Project Planning & Execution

• Coordinating in overall administration & project execution plans with Sub Contractors & Project Team.

• Monthly review and searching the new source of improvement and discuss the same with Manager.

• Leading & training the work force on coordinating and administering the subcontracts.

Resource Planning / Documentation

• Ensuring machineries/ equipment/ materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.

• Conducting weekly site progress meetings, taking minutes & sending to the involved parties.

• Preparing monthly progress reports & submissions to the Internal Departments & Top Management.
