Enterprise Product Director for two key products; Hosted Interactive Voice Response Services and Hosted Microsoft Cloud based Licenses. Leading several organizational initiatives including:

1)Operations support and setting SLA(Service Level Agreements) objective’s; establishing operational client support procedures for our enterprise clients.

2)Support Sales to create sales training materials, sales incentives and setting sales objectives/revenue objectives.

3)Set Program/Project/Lifecyle Mgt., direction with facilitating Enterprise Client Stewardship & Lifecycle support presentation materials.

4)Held Key Leadership Roles & Responsibilities with oversight of the Application/Platform Development/Operational Client Support.

5)As Product Director one of my roles was to set revenue goal targets, budget planning & funding, manage product expenses & analyze revenue metrics tracking & operational reporting, actively involved in contracting/statement of works, cost modeling and managing as lead hiring manager for permanent employees as well as NPW (non-payroll contract workers).
