-Verifies all equipment are working properly and troubleshoots/repair when needed

-Assures that process is within customer specifications and make decisions to adjust when needed

-Attends monthly and quarterly meetings with upper management and pass on all significant information to my operators

Relief Operator

-Covered for 9 operations while operators went to break and lunch

-Learned each operation from start up to shutdown

-Troubleshoot issues with each operation as they arise

-Was called upon when needed as problems occurred

Mixer Operator

-Ran and overlooked equipment’s that formed curd into mozzarella cheese

-Applied necessary ingredients to the cheese per customer requirements

-Maintained in a timely matter the shutdown, clean up and start up for each production day

Brighton (Nacelle)

-Received parts for the nacelle (turbine), placed on carts and sent to different parts of operations

-Installed power cables into the nacelles

-Transferred to Windsor plant

Windsor (Shells)

-Coated the outer shell with mixed chemicals and layered inside fabricated mold

-Installed inner layer of styrofoam

-Monitored heating temps to harden outer shell

Polymer/Chemical/Roll Handling Operator

-Unloaded railcars of polymer and stored them in silos

-Cooked polymer until the right viscosity was achieved to make

x-ray film
