As an AI developer, I have experience working with serverless infrastructure and deploying AI models in production. I have used the Banana Serverless template to set up and deploy the Stable Diffusion text-to-image model for a project, allowing for easy scalability and efficient use of resources. This involved creating a private repo, installing the Banana GitHub App, and setting up my account on the Banana Dashboard. I also created a Hugging Face account and edited the Dockerfile with my authentication token to enable deployment of the model on a Serverless GPU cluster. Through this project, I gained expertise in building and deploying AI models using serverless infrastructure and monitoring their performance using logs and SDKs.

PyTorch and Transformers library from Hugging Face

Developed a Python script using the PyTorch library and transformers module to merge the state dictionaries of two pre-trained models. The script prompts the user to input the paths to the configuration file and the two model files to be merged. The script then loads the models, merges their state dictionaries by either adding or averaging the values, and saves the merged model. This project demonstrates proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and the transformers library, as well as the ability to develop practical solutions for machine learning tasks.
