Correct errors (debits or credits) to payment collections that have been coded incorrectly by the local agency workers.

Assist with unidentified collections.

Process requests for voiding of checks that have been returned for non-sufficient funds

(NSF).

Process stop payment requests for payees who have not received their child support and a stop payment alert form for the employers whose payments have not reached the Maryland State Disbursement Unit (MDSDU).

Review and process request for direct deposits and Epic card. Information is verified in CSES to ensure that the request can be processed and there are no issues with multiple IRNs.

Respond to hot calls. Assigned as the primary backup for the EFT coordinator. Provides exceptional customer service.
