WORK EXPERIENCE

ICS Outsourcing (Deployed to Nestle Nigeria PLC) Assistant Laboratory Technician June 2019 to Date

Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning and updating of Internal Control Plan for laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision of the analytical equipment.

Routine sampling and pH check of RTD (Ready to Drink).

Streaking and incubation of RTD plates.

Daily streaking of plates for Enterobacteriaceae analysis.

Sampling of finished products from all filling and packing lines and Semi-finished products from all processing lines across the factory for analyses.

Reception and cataloguing of external samples from other factories to facilitate on time analyses and ensure that turn-around time (TAT) for analytical reports is sustained.

Sampling and analysis of food from the canteen to ensure safety of personnel in the factory.

Daily check of environment analysis and result entry to ensure proper monitoring of line and processing environment and provide data that will prevent line contamination.

Monthly check and trending of pathogen analysis and result entry on log sheet and SAP.

Preparation and sterilization of media used for analysis.

Reception of grains from suppliers and sampling of grains.

Physical inspection of grains and containers for dust and dirt.
