I have been a senior international flight attendant actively working as a purser, German language translator and Onboard leader for Delta Airlines for the past 33 years. In my position as an international purser I am in charge of monitoring crew duties including following all company standards and policies including onboard customer service standards, Federal Aviation Regulations, passenger and crew safety standards, passenger interaction and all conflict resolution during flight. The purser and working flight attendants are one team on every flight working together to ensure our customers have a safe, enjoyable and positive flight experience with their well-trained and professional crew.
