Responsibility

● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

● Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

● Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

● Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

● Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

● Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

● Bunkers, Secondary Structure, Boiler Outlet Ducts .

● Close monitoring of Erection activities with work progress, erection planning, follow up, and quality check in erection & welding as per FQP & WPS.

● Responsible for studying the received drawings, erection manuals, quality plans, welding procedures, safety procedures, and all required documents and technical data to execute the mechanical works as per schedule.

● Pre Assembly of Main & Intermediate Column in Boiler & Ceiling Girder welded beam, Hangers, Headers Roof Panels

● Responsible for follow up materials as per schedule and site requirement.

● Responsible for completing the activity as per schedule and report their achievements and shortfalls to the superiors.

● Responsible for maintaining various project related documents like DPR and MPR, welding status, material status & manpower report etc.

● Responsible for a regular inspection of erection such as alignment, welding etc.

● Ensure quality at every stage of work to meet customer satisfaction.

● Ensure Safety implementation at site.
