• Preparing quality procedures for the Construction department complying with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Managing the internal and external audits of the

department.

• Reviewing and preparing various documents such as submittal of concrete mix designs, method statements, Inspection, and test plans (ITP), Quality manuals, Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Geotechnical investigation reports, ensuring that they are complying with ASTM

specifications.

• Submitting Inspection Requests (IR's) and Material Inspections (MIR's) to consultants for approval.

• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

• Capable to deliver the specific work procedures training and toolbox talks to the site teams and subcontractors.

• Adhere of construction sequences and can prepare Inspection schedules.

• Reporting the non-conformance (NCR) and

corrective action request (CAR) by strictly following the project quality plans and procedures.
