Ajinomoto Food North America, Lampasas, TX 09/2013 - 12/2021 I started working as a processor one year later I became an operator. My duties were to set up, fill and run the equipment used to produce taquitos.

For the last three years I was the quality control specialist. I was responsible for ensuring the product was made according to the specifications provided.
