Working closely with the internal quality and management team for a several clients, helped them reconfigure and reinvigorate their quality system to comply with the new revision of the AS9100 and the ISO 13485 Standards under a short time constraint.

Led a major initiative to replace all lighting in the plant, coordinating the installation of modern technology that reduced annual energy costs by $60K, all while meeting requirements to obtain a government grant that halved upgrade costs. Led Net Zero Project team to reduce carbon emissions across all aspects of the company.
