Hibay - Followed batch sheets for chemical components and
measurement of KGs required for each product. Responsible for
overseeing mixing, heating, cooling, and sampling of finished
product.
HCR Chemical Operator — Production of silicone, liquid emulsions,
detergents, adhesive in reactors and mixing tanks.
Set up operator — Responsible for ensuring the shift runs smoothly
and effectively. Driving fork truck, loading trucks, sitting operations
to perform throughout the shift. Wrapped and loaded finished
products into truck trailers, made sure each operator had what they
needed to perform their jobs as needed. Helped with any issues
that may arise throughout the shift
