Interfaced with Utilities and agencies to submit for rebates, and incentives for EVSE and bus funding.
Ensure client is updated daily on the status of construction and aware of any issues that will impact project cost, supply chain, quality, or completion.
Review/create RFI’s (request for information) for SOW changes, submittals, and shop drawings.
Review/create change orders for scope of work changes and/or additional work orders.
Ensure accurate redlines are documented, and files for closeout packages are received in a timely manner.
Ensure project status is maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy.
Make sure all safety and OSHA standards are being enforced
Strong Computer Skills, and Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, very proficient in Excel.

Developed a sustainability plan to support zero-carbon fuel emissions for the district’s mobile fleet to include School buses, administration, Maintenance and Operations, vehicles. The plan is to upgrade District owned vehicles to “Battery Electric Vehicles” in phases through 2040, as well as to construct an EV charging infrastructure at all district schools to facilitate the charging of school staff’s personal vehicles.
