Objective

·Working with a solid residential builder to grow with and to utilize my expertise in the operations of constructing homes efficiently by using organizational skills, being dependable and committed. COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP

·Building relationships with contractors, customers, vendors, and the village building departments is critical in the consistency of building a home timely and efficiently. Building relationships will pay off when in a bind with an immediate change, fix, or situation that needs to be addressed immediately. Relationships with the village building departments will ensure a final walk-thru to be a success the first time around.

·Taking ownership of the properties. Ensuring contractors and vendors are on time and their work is acceptable throughout the project. Addressing situations at hand with untimely deliveries or contractor errors at the time they are made and not at the end. I lead my projects as a team. We work together, we work hard, and we get the jobs completed successfully.
