-Site of Service Campaign Analytics: Managed data analytics project to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to reduce costs by directing members to lower cost procedure sites. This included a pilot implementation of the Pointillist analytics tool.

-Specialty Pharmacy Fulfillment Application: Managed major releases of the core prescription fulfillment application. Responsibilities included oversight of extensive application testing and upgrade processes due to the critical nature of the application.
