Mateenbar Limited, specializes in the manufacture of Mateenbar– a high performance, pultruded glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) rebar used for concrete reinforcement in challenging environments. Mateenbar is a technology from Pultron Composites. It has distinct advantages including corrosion resistance; the weight of steel, high tensile strength (close to 2x the strength of steel); it’s non-conductive; non-magnetic and consumes 70% the embodied energy of steel. It is used in large projects including bridges, tunnels, civil and infrastructure projects worldwide.

Help to check and update quality control policies. Apply Knowledge of mathematics, arithmetic, geometry, calculus, and statistics and their relevant applications

Execution of in depth understanding of chemical composition, structure, and properties of different substances and the understanding of chemical interactions.

Become familiar with all production methods and techniques of pultrusion process machinery.

Ensure that production or manufacturing processes and products created meet the quality specifications that are laid down by the company.

Perform product inspections for diameter, surface finish, length, and other specifications.

Perform tests using material testing machines such as DSC and tensile testing machines.

Generate and publish product reports. Issuance of material test certificates.

Ensure that wastes are minimized; and that there is improved productivity during Production.

Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing.

Collect regular samples for shelf life and analysis at the laboratory.

Work with the Quality Control Supervisor regarding specific information relating to product information and production.

Work with the management and production managers to ensure that only quality products are produced.
