10/2022 – Present – Civil Case Specialist - Eviction Diversion Facilitator- supply point-of-crisis services to help property owners and tenants resolve their issues without resorting to eviction, typically by intervening before the case hearing, or before the eviction to vacate is granted by the court and the tenant is removed from their home.

Description of the Duties:

· Decides proper case pathways and schedules and tracks cases by case characteristics

· Initiates contact with court participants to collect pertinent information about obstacles and needs to navigate through the court processes; sets expectations about next steps and responsibilities; and connects them with legal resources

· Supplies data and statistics concerning litigant outreach, trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.

· Compiles and keeps statistical reports and other pertinent data to help drive evidence-based decisions about program needs to include but not limited to preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and charts.
