employee and supervisor with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. My job responsibilities have allowed me to supervise and provide general building maintenance and

custodial services to a variety of facilities. My experience also included planning, coordinating,

assigning and evaluating several different work sites. Which also covers coordinating a variety of

services, determining service requirements and resolving any service problems that may arise. My

experience covers such a wide range of general building maintenance and repair, including

carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, and plumbing skills. As a maintenance supervisor, I adhere

and always stay in compliance with all state standards and building codes. I pride myself on a

commitment to quality craftsmanship and the ability to work well with others. In addition to my construction expertise, I also have experience with driving. During my career with the Sheriff's department I often drove and handled different machinery and vehicles. As the building manager, one of my duties was to transport employees to and from different jail and station facilities on a daily basis. I have driven a wide variety of vehicles and equipment, such as passenger vans, flat bed trucks, scissor lifts, fort lifts and boom lifts to name a few.
