-Growing company that specializes in the acquisition, restoration, and sales of investment grade vintage supercars including but not limited to Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bugatti.

-Was recruited to help with the growing business. Focus was to install process, procedures, and accountability to all departments based on my knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.

-Oversaw all aspects of the business including P&L, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Restorations, and Sales.

Due to the operational and guest satisfaction successes of the CDJR and Kia dealerships I was promoted to Director of Operations for those stores in addition to Downtown Hyundai/Genesis and Downtown Subaru. I was responsible for all facets of Division Operations. I worked closely with the General Managers to provide direct support and guidance on each store's individual operations. I also was responsible for maintaining manufacturer relationships as well.

Martin CDJR/Martin Kia

August 2019-June 2021

-General Manager

Hired to turn around the CDJR dealership as it was in extremely poor operational condition when I took over. Previously every month was a net loss to a severe degree. Employee turnover was alarming, online reputation was subpar, manufacturer CSI was poor. Ended 2021 with the largest net profit in store history versus the worst loss in 2019. Employee turnover drastically reduced and ended 2021 achieving #1 in Kentucky for CDJR dealers for Sales and Service CSI multiple months. CDJR store received the CSI award for highest combined sales and service manufacture CSI in the entire dealer group. CDJR store was also awarded our dealer group's Founder’s Award for best overall operations. Increased our online reputation rating to a 4.5 star for the period of 1/2020 through 12/2021.

As stated I was originally hired to turn around the CDJR dealership in August of 2019. Due to the immediate impacts that were made and similar challenges, I was asked to also take over as GM of the Martin Kia store as well in December of 2019. This store was also net profit negative monthly. Finished 2021 with the highest net profit in store history vs 2019 with the worst loss in this history of this store as well. Also received dealer groups Most Improved Operations award for 2021.

-Was transferred up to a growing location as a Sales Manager. After 2nd year was promoted to General Sales Manager.

-I was responsible for all facets of variable operations including hiring and training sales consultants, sales managers, as well as F/I managers, inventory management, financial statement analysis, chargeback reporting, contracts in transit, and everything else pertaining to the variable side of the dealership.

-Sales Manager helping across all franchises with hiring, coaching, closing, desking, and inventory management.

-Started as a sales consultant where I worked to be consistently in the top 2 in volume and #1 in total gross for four years.

-I also worked for a year as a service writer where I maintained the highest CSI rating out of 4 writers and was #2 in total gross and hours per RO.

-After writing service for a year I was promoted to sales manager. I took on the challenge of building a team and becoming proficient at the duties involved in this role- managing new car inventory, desking deals, and daily productivity.
