Dear Dominick:

On behalf of Stryten Energy Components (the “Company” or “Stryten Energy”), I am pleased to extend an offer to you for the position of Operator, reporting to Juan Ortiz - DeJesus, Operations Manager in our Niagara Falls, NY location. We request a response to this offer by November 2, 2022.

The terms of your employment offer are outlined below: o Your hourly rate will be $17.54 which will be paid on a weekly basis according to the Company’s regular pay schedule, less applicable taxes and withholdings. Future adjustments will be pursuant to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. As an hourly employee, you are also eligible to earn overtime pay. All overtime must be approved in advance by your supervisor. o This is a Day shift position but you may train on 1st shift. o As provided by the collective bargaining agreement, you will be eligible to participate in various Company benefit plans which include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, vacation and paid holidays.

This letter is an offer of employment, not an employment contract, and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this letter. It does not guarantee employment for any specific period of time. If you accept this offer, your employment with the Company will be subject to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. This offer of employment is contingent upon the:

o Satisfactory completion of a background investigation, for which the required notice and consent forms will be provided

o Verification of your right to work in the United States, as demonstrated by your completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and your submission of acceptable documentation verifying your identity and work authorization within three days of starting employment

o Your documented acknowledgment and agreement to abide by the Company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement, Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, and other Stryten Energy policies that apply to your employment and which will be provided upon hire. If your pre-employment screens are completed satisfactorily, we will contact you to confirm your start date. If you are presently employed, we suggest you not give notice to your present employer until you receive confirmation that the above contingencies have been satisfied. If you start working with us before your background investigation, drug test and physical are complete, your continued employment is contingent on the satisfactory completion of that investigation, a negative drug test result, and a physical exam that clears you to perform the required work.

By accepting this offer, you confirm that you are not party to an existing employment contract or non-compete agreement that would be violated by your immediate employment with the Company, or would in any way limit your employment. If the terms we have presented are agreeable, please sign below where indicated and keep a copy for your records.
