I was given the responsibility to make sure that employees was learning there jobs correctly. But the greatest accomplishment can when they promoted me to shift manger.. Which gave me the responsibility over a store, employees, as well customers. As well as being able to make sound decisions. Counting the safe,drawers and making deposits.
