Shift Leader (Grindeline)

Kings Command Food - Versalles, Ohio

December 2021 to Present

● Food processing plant that end product if from raw patties to a cooked entree. We produce for the entire United States as well as ship to several different countries.

● I'm responsible for the front line of production witch is called the Grind Line. Where the frozen blocks of meat are ground down to 4000lb batches to blend into a formula for what ever customer we are producing for at that time.

● I lead/supervisor 18-24 employees at any given time or day, depending on what's running and how many call ins happen on that day.

● Also I oversee the ingredients and the mix is per the customers requirements, USDA as well as our companies policy.

Mill Dept

Great Lakes Precision Tube - Chicago, IL

November 2018 to November 2021

● I was brought in to observe the already mills that were already in production at that time. To see what needed or could be done for production increases.

● To asset with the installation of two new mills that were very much different from what they already had and that their employees knew how to run.

● Train and assets operators on the operation and troubleshooting of high frequency high speed mills compared to lower speed induction coil welding mills.

● Train employees on the setup and install of mill bases offline for faster mill breaks for size changes

● Show setup and operations of a pneumatic carriage Alpha cutoff. That matches mill speeds of up to 690 fpm.

● Setup of all computer based controls that operate the drives, gear boxes, pumps,belts or rollways. Meat Manager
