Responsibilities included: Rough: checking accuracy of framers, MEP’s, sprinklers, and insulation. Finish: screw inspections. We had only painted 12 units when I left. 95,000 sq. ft. footprint; 9 stories with smaller 15 story tower attached. 34 A+ units per floor.

Responsibilities included: Providing the scheduling and impetus behind the Irma Recovery, by January 1st, 2018 for Paraiso Bay (50 stories).
