Senior Project Manager: Steered 9-month data center migration for Bunswick/Life Fitness, which were restructuring into separate entities. Conducted full scope of project lifecycle management, scope development, budget administration, risk management, and client engagement. Built and led program to refactor, rearchitect, or lift and shift 300+ applications and 600+ SharePoint sites used by 14,000 global staff from on-premise to Azur, AD and deployed O365.

Turned around $4.6M project and expanded it to $7M initiative, to separate data centers for Brunswick Boat & Water and Life Fitness, then transition on-premise data centers to the cloud.

–Recommended new strategy to migrate 300+ applications segmented according to compatibility of legacy manufacturing equipment with new equipment. Rearchitected and rewrote 150 applications.
