As Logistics Management Analyst Staff / Repairs Lead, I supported the MK41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Contract which includes approximately 280 line items.
As Repairs Lead, responsible for knowledge of part numbers, NIINs, nomenclatures and Next Higher Assembly. This is needed to determine if the part is an in-house or vendor repair. This includes upgrades and possible known repair issues.
My primary responsibility was to ensure we had sufficient Code A stock to meet fleet requirements. The LCSF must be prepared to support daily CASREPs and Open Requisitions. This includes the priority and monitoring of repairs moved to the floor.
In addition, responsible for daily work assignments and priorities based on open requisitions and upcoming delivery requirements. This includes the priority and monitoring of repairs moved to the floor. I worked closely with all repair technicians to determine on-going status, repair issues, and piece part availability. Also, I submit internal requests for low stock piece parts, chemicals, consumables and routine piece parts for on-going in-house repairs and submit requests through a LM Inventory Database. This includes part number, quantity, supplier information and all pertinent information to assist Procurement. My ultimate goal was to provide each technician with what is needed to complete each repair.
Worked closely with Procurement regarding all vendor repairs. This includes review repair quotes and estimated completion dates, approve actual repair costs, meet with vendor personnel regarding repair issues, low level parts, piece part requests, and obsolescence issues.
Reviewed Load Now Filled Report to ensure Code A stock is available. Stock levels change on a daily basis. This includes working closely with Repair Support inductions, identify priority, part number, nomenclature, quantity, and pertinent information such as upgrades, in-house and vendor repairs
Responsible for managing the repairs for Small Master Orders. This includes U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). These repairs are watched closely to ensure the delivery dates are met. I attend weekly meetings with senior management and provide status and estimated completion dates. .

As Logistics Management Analyst / Delivery Order Supervisor for Systems Installations Department, responsible for procurement, kitting, tracking, inventory, and shipping of material for CEC, SSDS, RAM, LLLTV, SPQ-9B, Self Defense Test Ship (SDTS).
Interfaced on a routine basis with Lockheed Martin Representatives and Navy Technical Representatives (NTR).
Performed physical audits of CEC, SSDS, and RAM resident at the Staging Facility and verified part number, description and quantity.
Responsible for creating and updating material lists from applicable drawings and provided tracking information on a daily basis. Prepared cost estimate data and monitored cost expenditures for various installation systems.

As Field Engineer / Delivery Order Supersior, responsible for monitoring and controlling test and auxiliary equipment required during Installation and Checkout (INCO) for the Vertical Launching System and Tomahawk weapon system.
Also responsible for the MK41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) Special Test Equipment (STE) planning scheduling and logistics..
Provided upcoming requirements and identified priorities for the engineer and technician. Responsible for updating the STE Database which included part number, Nomenclature, serial number, location, custodian and ship date.
Developed and maintained a milestone graph showing test equipment-shipping requirements within a timeframe of one month to a year in advance.This includes Regular Overhaul (ROH), Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) and Selected Restricted Availability (SRA).
Performed physical audits and verified the part numbers, test equipment and both PHD/NSWC and equipment serial numbers were correct in the database. Coordinated shipments, repairs or modifications and return of test equipment to and from Naval Ordnance Stations.
