As design lead for the Financial Services side of TriNet, I work directly with product managers, developers, QA analysts, content writers and the user research team on all UX activities for our Payroll, Expense and Time Off applications.

Responsibilities include helping product managers solidify requirements, creating high-level design concepts during discovery, doing competitive research, assisting with usability test plans, advocating and educating on accessibility as well as creating interactive prototypes and detailed UI specifications for agile/scrum developer implementation.
