1.Equipment Operation:

Proficiency in operating excavators of different sizes and types.

Ability to control the machine safely and efficiently.

Demonstrating skill in various tasks, such as digging, trenching, loading, and leveling.

Maintaining awareness of surroundings and obstacles to avoid accidents.

2.Productivity:

Meeting project deadlines by completing tasks within specified timeframes.

Achieving daily or weekly targets for excavation volume or material movement.

Minimizing downtime through efficient machine operation and maintenance.

Maximizing efficiency by optimizing bucket fill rates and minimizing unnecessary movements.

3.Safety:

Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations on the worksite.

Operating the excavator in a manner that ensures the safety of nearby personnel and equipment.

Regularly inspecting the machine for any safety hazards or maintenance issues.

Promptly reporting and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.

4.Maintenance and Care:

Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks on the excavator.

Properly cleaning the machine after use to prevent dirt build-up and corrosion.

Identifying and reporting mechanical issues promptly to prevent equipment breakdowns.

Following manufacturer guidelines for lubrication, fuelling, and servicing.
