-Western Union APN: By completing Western Union APN Project, Isbank become the primary reimbursing bank for all incoming Western Union TRY transfers that are made to Turkey. An annual profit of 150K USD is estimated. (March 2019 – January 2020).

-Isbank Import Letter of Credit Automation Project: With the new application developed on Pega, automation of Import Letter of Credit transactions and term commissions is provided. 5 FTE saving on manpower is achieved. (January 2017 – January 2019).

-Isbank Commercial Loan Pricing Process - Krypton Program: New Commercial Loan Pricing application is developed on Pega. With the new application, commercial loan pricing process time is finished two times faster comparing the old version (June 2017 – November 2018).

-Isbank Karınca Core Banking Transformation Program: I worked on Isbank Karınca Core Banking Transformation Program during 2017. I was the manager of retail loans, FX loans, commercial loans account management teams, and also contract management and commission management teams (January 2017 – January 2018).

-Western Union D2B: Isbank becomes the first bank in Turkey supporting Western Union D2B. Different from other Western Union transfers, in Western Union D2B customers can send transfers to an account in a bank (February 2016 – September 2016).
