CAREER SUMMARY:

I have accomplished jobs in many different areas regarding all the processes that are involved in maintenance and inspection of parts and processes. I have performed maintenance and inspections of aircraft, automobiles, and small engine equipment. I earned the title of Plane Captain and Quality Assurance Representative (QAR), and Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) and held the titles for 7 years for my ability to find and correct issues with parts, and paperwork, and for my detailed inspection techniques leading in numerous successful audits while active duty Navy. I am an instructor for the Small Engine continuing education class at BC3 college where I help students with preforming repairs including trouble shooting, electrical and mechanical issues, welding mower decks using different methods including brazing. I have held a vehicle state inspection license in the state of Pennsylvania. I work well independently and unsupervised. I trained numerous personnel in building light rail units for all production lines of transportation at Mitsubishi electric and preforming M-8 and PRL rebuilds for HVAC. I also hold 5 ipc certification in wiring and a epa 608c certification.

Technician. Performed the build of prototype electrical panels and server cabnets using wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure the operation of electrical components. I recently obtained my IPC certification in wiring and crimping.

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products (TSD/HVAC): Tech 2

I hold an E.P.A. 608 universal HVAC certificate.

I assemble all LRU parts for the MBTA, BART, and M9 lines of production including gear units. I have assisted and performed all warehouse functions including shipping and receiving, stock moves, cycle counts, VRMA, MRR corrections, B.o.m. corrections, Processed tqf-10 forms and issued A/R parts for production, process and shipped VRMA’s. while working hand in hand with the Q/C department to correct parts issues. I am also involved in the repair and refurbish of the M8 HVAC units and PRL rebuilds. I have also been sent to GCB to assist in their production of the 100 and 200 series interrupter tanks without going through jump start program.

BC3 Small Engine Continuing Education Instructor:

Dates of Employment: August 2017 to current

I teach class of up to 20 people the basics of how 2 cycle and 4 cycle engines work and the differences between them. I instruct on trouble shooting techniques and repair of all small engines up to and including garden tractors. We talk about troubleshooting, diagnostics, how to repair and fix mower decks by welding using Mig, Tig or Oxy Acetylene torch. We disassemble student’s equipment including replacing pistons and rings if needed and perform repairs necessary and simple tune-up techniques.

I am currently running and operating a small engine business from my home that includes diagnostic, disassembly and reassembly of all small engine equipment. I do repairs on fabricated decks and manufactured decks, rebuild engines, to factory specs, replace wiring, and troubleshoot all problems associated with weed eaters, lawnmowers, tractors, etc.
